No Experience Needed - How to Make Money Online

People are searching the internet search engines all the time for things like "help me make money", or "ways to make extra money", or "how to make money fast". So many people are looking to find a way to make fast cash on the internet.

And today there are many people who really are earning money online. But unfortunately, it didn't happen for them magically - or overnight. Most people earning money on the internet today are people who have taken some time to explore what options are available to them, and those who take an interest in the people to whom they are trying to sell.

If you think you can log on to the internet one day and set up some quick online business to make money online, you are sadly mistaken. Yes, if you have something super to sell, you might be able to sell an item on eBay quickly, but if you really want to build an online business, one that will make you money month after month, it will take longer than a couple of days.

In fact, when you first begin searching for a way to achieve financial goals that you may have, it can be overwhelming. There are websites making money out there. But understand that those websites didn't appear and begin to get a lot of visitors (traffic) overnight. To set up a website, you need the following - at a minimum:

• A Domain Name
• A Host for the website
• Creation/Design of the website
• Marketing/Advertising for the website
• Payment Processor (take credit cards, or PayPal, or some other payment form)
• Help Desk or complaint department
• A person to manage the website and all it contains

And these things listed above will just get you started! The best thing you can do if you are new to online marketing is to find a good mentor. Try to find someone to work with that can help you move in the right direction and help you find your way in this vast sea of online business. Be careful though who you choose as a mentor.

You want to be sure that this person really is making a living online already. You want a mentor that knows the "ins" and "outs" and can truly help you get started quickly. A mentor can be the difference between online success and failure.

Don't be shy with your mentor - be sure to let him/her know that you need help to make money. If you don't find a good mentor you should plan to spend at least the first two to three months just learning about what kinds of things are available to make fast cash online.

What are some of the ways that people are making money online?

• There are websites that make money by selling products on them
• There are blogs that make money by selling products on them
• Become an affiliate marketer
• Sell items/products on eBay or other similar sites
• Create and own your own affiliate program
• Sell affiliate products from ClickBank or other similar sites
• Write articles for others
• Program code for those in need
• Complete surveys for money
• Writing and selling eBooks and/or Reports

And these are just a few of the ways available to you! There are many many ways to begin earning money online, but none of them are a way to make money fast and easy. For example, to make money with a website, you need to learn the following things:

• how to create and register a domain name
• how to get a website hosted
• how to set up a website either by designing one yourself or using a template to create one. Either way, if you don't know how to do this already, it is a huge learning curve to learn it all by yourself without some help.
• how to sell items or place ads on your website
• how to drive traffic to your website - and any old traffic won't do here. You need targeted traffic - people who want to buy what you have for sale on your site.

If you are looking for help, there are online forums that are about online marketing. You can find a good one by going to one of the search engines and typing in "online marketing forum" for starters. There is no experience needed to sign up for the forum and read what people are posting. Don't be afraid to ask questions. That's what forums are for. People are willing to help you get started if you are willing to ask questions. This is a great place to find a mentor!

I hope after reading this, you realize that there are no "get rich quick schemes" out there. If someone is selling you that, they are probably pulling your leg. A lot of people are making money online today. But, you must be willing to learn how internet marketing works, and you must be willing to learn which ways to make extra money that will work for you.

Don't jump into this business if you don't have a clue about what you are doing, or if you don't have some help from a mentor. People will gladly take your money and it will cost you way more than you will be making. It will take some investment on your part. It does take spending some money to make money. However, if you keep spending and spending and not making any money back, you will be deep in the hole before you know it.

There is no experience needed to get started, but please take the time to learn a little about this huge online community. If you don't, you will lose more money than you will earn. I hope you achieve your financial goals by having online success.
